Welcome to Sparrow Tree Square, a free resource for classic children's literature! Since 2006, Sparrow Tree Square has been devoted to introducing young readers to the best stories, poems, and books of bygone eras.
Our resources are expanding and improving every day. We currently offer:
- Sparrow Tree Square Magazine, a collection of 50+ fully-illustrated compilations of classic literature accompanied by original articles and activities.
- The Sparrow Tree Square Book Review Collection, featuring reviews of high quality books for young readers, middle grade readers, and young adult readers.
- Theme Explorations that gather together multiple issues of the magazine and relevant book reviews into miniature unit studies, each accompanied by a reference guide.
- The Sparrow Tree Square Blog, updated multiple times each week with resource links, book and author recommendations, suggestions for educational activities and celebrations, and more.
